It’s a lovely fresh hotel with gorgeous views. Not walking distance to anything but if you have a car that’s not a problem. A little unusual in the set up of the room but made a change from the norm! Great parking and lovely toiletries

This place has everything you need to relax after a rough travel on the camino. Schedule yourself for the spa and a massage to get a full restart for the next adventure on the camino. Breakfast is outstanding and it is within walking distance of several locations for grocery stores pharmacies atm etc. The staff is outstanding and they speak english well, so your translation issues are minimized.

The room was clean modern and extremely stylish, with plenty of space and a fantastic open bathroom with separate shower and toilet. Free underground parking available, and a quick drive to the city centre.

This hotel tucked away near the centre of Pamplona is rather special, we were greeted on arrival by a very helpful and friendly receptionist and this hotel has some of the nicest staff I've ever encountered. It is beautifully decorated throughout and the room we booked was exactly as described with fantastic facilities and comfort. We ate breakfast and an evening meal in the restaurant and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and engaging about the local produce they serve. The food on offer was top quality as was the selection of accompanying drinks. The spa facilities were excellent very clean and well maintained. There is a free underground car park to the rear of the hotel complex with direct access to the hotel. We look forward to hopefully staying here again in the future.

One of the best hotels — especially for the very reasonable price — I have ever stayed in. The staff member Omar is, with no hesitation, the most helpful, professional, and friendly hotel staff I have ever known. Beautiful, clean, quiet!! Absolutely lovely refined vibe. Great breakfast. The bar food is also excellent and good value. I did not have the pleasure of eating at the attached Michelin star restaurant, which I regret. Excellent beds, lighting, and room controls. Soft drinks in the minibar are complimentary, which is refreshing. AWESOME electronic blackout shades. Fantastic linens.
